I guess my disappointment is evident. I wrote this about a DCAA auditor this morning.
“I also wondered if his attempt to force the guidance on manual timekeeping guidance on electronic timekeeping practices was an attempt to save people from using whiteout on computer screens. It made about that much sense.”
